◾️修理・メンテナンスについて
長く飾っていただく中で、破損や傷みが生じた場合には、
修理・メンテナンスについてもご相談いただけます。
まずは、気になる箇所の画像と現在の状態をお知らせください。
作品の状態を確認したうえで、対応の可否や方法をご案内いたします。
修理内容によっては、作品をお送りいただく場合があります。
また、状態や修理内容により、費用が発生する場合があります。
使用している素材の状態や経年変化、破損の程度などによっては、
修理が難しい場合や、完全に元の状態へ戻すことができない場合もございます。

Thank you very much for purchasing a capeesh piece.
How has your piece been since then?
At capeesh, we remain available to help even after your piece has been delivered if you have any questions or concerns.
If you notice something only after displaying it for a while, or if you are unsure about how to handle it, please feel free to contact us.
◾️When to Contact Us
Please contact us rather than trying to address the following issues yourself:
・Your piece has become dirty and you are unsure how to clean or care for it
・Your piece has been damaged or shows signs of wear
・You notice something concerning about the fur or shape
If you send us photos that clearly show the condition of the piece, we will review them and advise you on the best course of action whenever possible.

◾️Repairs & Maintenance
If your piece becomes damaged or shows signs of wear after being displayed over time, you are welcome to contact us about repairs or maintenance.
First, please send us photos of the area of concern along with a description of its current condition.
After reviewing the condition of the piece, we will let you know whether it can be repaired and what options are available.
Depending on the repair required, we may ask you to send the piece to us.
There may also be a charge depending on its condition and the type of repair required.
Depending on the condition and age of the materials, as well as the extent of any damage, some repairs may not be possible, or it may not be possible to restore the piece completely to its original condition.
